After placing your order our manufacturing partner in China makes your rims and ships them to us to be built. This generally takes 3 weeks during which time we acquire hubs, spokes & nipples to complete the build and ship to you. 

If it'll be quicker to ship a full wheelset to you directly from the factory we'll take that route as needed. 

Note that while we and the factory try our best to expedite the process there can sometimes be unforeseen delays, so we keep you informed throughout the process.
